(UNS N08020) Alloy 20 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum (nickel 32% – 38%) alloy with high corrosion resistance properties, especially to sulfuric acid. It finds use in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, power generator and plastic industries. Alloy 20 is often used as a substitute for 316L when stress corrosion cracking problems persist.
